Room rates: Our rates change throughout the year. To check rates and availability, click here and complete the booking form. Note that you will see availability and rates before you have to confirm a booking. Rates are based on the room, the day of week, and the season. Room rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
Check-in: Check in begins at 3:30 and is contactless. We will send a pre-arrival email prior to arrival with instructions to self check in. Staff will be on hand to assist with check ins until 6:00 pm. Arrivals that require assistance after 6:00 pm must be prearranged. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate early check-ins unless they have been prearranged. Guests arriving for early check-in without a prearranged confirmation will be charged a service fee of $50
Check-out: Check-out is promptly at 11:30 am. Late check-out may be arranged if available for a fee. Extra Person Charge: Our guest rooms are configured for two people. A $60.00 per night, per person charge will be added to your bill for any extra person in guestrooms large enough for additional people.
Children: We are happy to accommodate children over the age of 7. Children under the age of 7 are not permitted unless specifically pre arranged with the property. Arriving with children who have not been pre-arranged will result in your reservation being cancelled and will be treated as a same day cancellation.
Deposit: To confirm a reservation, an advanced deposit is required. For stays less than 7 days the deposit is the first night plus applicable taxes. For 7 or more nights the deposit is 25% of the total charges. All add-on items (for example: flowers) will be charged within 24 hours of the time of booking. The balance is due at check-in. Any reservation without a deposit is not guaranteed.
Payment: We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or cash. No personal checks.
Cancellation and Changes: Reservations made during July and August require at least 21 days notice to be canceled or changed without penalty. Reservations made during all other times require at least 7 days notices to be cancelled or changed without penalty. Additional items such as, but not limited to flowers, massages, dinners require at least 7 days notice to be cancelled without penalty. All cancellations are subject to a $35 processing fee. Cancellations or changes with less notice than required will forfeit all deposits ( first night for stays less than 7 days, 25% for stays 7 or more nights, full cost of extra add-ons ) Same day cancellations, changes, or no-shows will be charged for the entire reservation. No exceptions for any reason.
Arriving with children under the age of 7 who have not been pre-arranged in writing will result in your reservation being cancelled and will be treated as a same day cancellation.
Smoking: As required by the NJ State Fire code, and for the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking of any substance is not permitted inside the hotel. A fee of $250 will be assessed to any guest who smokes in their rooms or anywhere inside the hotel. Tampering with smoke detectors may lead to fines or criminal charges.
Pets: We are unable to accommodate any pets or emotional support animals, except for Room 1, which is dog friendly. Please pre arrange with the hotel if you intend to bring your dog. Per ADA regulations we are happy to welcome any valid ADA compliant service animal meeting ADA guidelines. Claiming animals as ADA service animals when they are not is a crime.
